Klondike Solitaire
Klondike solitaire is sometimes called Canfield, Triangle, Demon Patience, or Chinaman.
Layout Rules:
Deal a row of seven cards with the left most one face up and the rest face down. On top of the face down cards, deal another row of cards, with the left most of these face up. Keep doing this until you have seven piles, ranging from one card on the left to seven cards on the right, with the top cards face up. The remainder of the cards form the stock.
Objective:
A solitaire game that requires you to release the four aces and build sequences in suit on them.
Klondike solitaire is also called Canfield.
Klondike Solitaire Procedure:
When aces become available, they go into a row above the layout. Build downward sequences on the cards in the layout in alternate colors only. Sequences can be moved to other piles as a unit. Top cards on the piles are available to put on the foundation piles. As cards move off their piles, turn up the card beneath. If a pile empties, its free to be filled only with a king or a sequence headed by a king.
At the beginning of play, place the

A on the foudation above the tableau and the

3 on top of the

4. Turn over the downcards as you play. Play until their are no more plays then turn over a card from the stock, one at a time. Play these on the foundations or layout if possible; otherwise discard into a waste pile. The top waste-pile card remains available until another covers it. In Klondike solitaire you may go through the stock only once.
